Proper Procedure for Reserving Meeting Rooms at CUMC


FOR CHURCH-RELATED MEETINGS AND/OR ANY OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES:

Always check with the church office (By Telephone 610.828.1250, or by Email: cumc.us20@gmail.com ) as to the availability of the church prior to scheduling, to make sure a particular room will be open for the date/time being requested.

Request a facility use form, complete it and return it to church office in order to confirm your request and to have it put on the church calendar schedule. This is important as to avoid any conflicts on the calendars.

If and when there is a dollar amount fee required, for outside activities, (not for church-related meetings) please arrange to have a check payable to the Conshohocken United Methodist Church for such amount and provide it to the church office to secure your reservation.

Please advise the church office if there is anything unusual about your reservation or if it changes in any way.
